Sunday Morning Worship

Where do I park?
When you enter the parking lot from Hughes Road, the entrance of the building is to the right. We try to reserve parking lots in the front for our visitors, although there is parking in the back as well. If you enter the parking lot from Gooch Lane, you can go straight to the front parking lot as well.
Is there something for my kids?
At Gooch Lane church of Christ, young people are a joy to us! From infants to teens, we aim to make their time both fun and enriching in the teachings of Jesus. Learn more about our kids Bible classes here.
What do I wear?
We are a come as you are church, modesty in mind of course. Casual attire fits right in, but if you feel like dressing up a little you will still feel right at home
What’s the service like?
Sunday mornings usually run for about 2 hours and 15 minutes. We start with Bible classes for one-year olds to seniors in High School, as well as four adult classes. After classes, we have a brief break, followed by a worship service. During worship, expect communion, a 40-minute sermon, songs, prayers, and reading from God’s word.
On Sunday evenings on the first, third, and fifth Sundays of the month, we hold another worship service which lasts about 60 minutes.
On Wednesday evenings, we’re together for about an hour. It starts with Bible classes for all ages, then we all come together for a brief worship session.
